- Negotiation of daily or session rates and buyouts and options for one or more countries
- Preparation of multi-option/multi-media matrices and tables for global projects

- Evaluation of agency contracts and price-lists
- Advice on which method of compensation to apply
- Assessment/auditing of existing remuneration and charging models
- Evaluation of personnel manning requirements based on scope of work
- Negotiation/re-negotiation of agency remuneration based on scope of work
